Quadra Chemicals, created in 1976 and currently operating in Quebec, Ontario and Western Canada, specializes in the distribution and storage of various chemical products, some of which are used in food. In 2008, the company inaugurated its new head office in Vaudreuil-Dorion, just west of Montreal. The building reflects Quadra’s brand image and its role as an industry leader.

Storing a large variety of chemicals creates hazards such as flammability. Aware of the need to create a relationship of confidence with our client as well as with the surrounding community, our firm was able to implement solutions that meet these challenges and that are fully compliant with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.

The value Quadra places in longevity is reflected in the use of traditional clay brick for the façades. Visual contact with activities taking place inside is made easy by large glass openings. Natural light is abundant, from the two-storey lobby to the various meeting rooms and the customer reception area as well as employee work spaces.
