American pharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb has been established in Canada for almost 80 years. Its oncology and cardiovascular divisions are both located here, and now its new head office is situated 15 minutes from Montreal in the St.-Laurent Technoparc.

Rubin & Rotman were mandated to head this design-build, 4-storey, 107,000 sq. ft. project and did so successfully despite unusual time constraints.

This top quality work environment offers maximum natural lighting, a vast reception with a warm waiting area, interior parking, a full service cafeteria with an attractive outside terrace, an on-site gym facility, and a massage room. The use of transparent yellow, vertical bands on the exterior glazing lends contrast to the monochromatic envelope, and also creates plays of yellow light in many of the interior spaces.
