RICK RUBIN Architect, OAA, MRAIC, LEED ® AP BD+C
Richard Rubin is a Founding Partner of Rubin & Rotman Associates and has been a lead designer for many of RRA’s most complex commercial, corporate, residential and aviation-related projects over the past two decades. Rick collaborates with clients and stakeholders to build a unique and unified outcome for their projects. His creative and pioneering spirit has propelled the firm to achieve LEED Gold certification for Quebec’s first privately-funded sustainable office building and he continues to prioritize green building practices for all the firm’s projects. He is actively involved in a variety of fund-raising activities and serves on the boards of several local organizations. Mr. Rubin graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) and a Bachelor of Architecture from McGill University.
STEPHEN ROTMAN Architect, OAA, MRAIC, LEED ® AP BD+C
Stephen Rotman is a Founding Partner of Rubin & Rotman Associates. In a span of three decades, Mr. Rotman has practiced architecture for firms in France, Britain, Canada and the United States. He has worked on a variety of complex institutional projects, including community centres, schools, museums and libraries, many of them having become municipal landmarks. Mr. Rotman works collaboratively with clients to achieve distinctive solutions to their particular needs, integrating issues of design, context and function to create exceptional architecture. He is actively involved in the community, having served on the boards of several local organizations, and is currently President of Habitat for Humanity Montreal. Mr. Rotman graduated with a Master of Architecture degree from Washington University.
